Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Profit Engine (the "Site") and any digital products, downloads, guides, prompt packs, templates, articles, digests, or data ("Products") offered through it, operated by Profit Engine ("we", "us"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase.
1. Digital products — all sales final
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Products are digital goods delivered electronically and made available for immediate download upon payment. Because their full value is accessible the moment they are delivered and they can be copied, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed, except where a non-refundable sale is prohibited by applicable law.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that (a) you are buying digital content delivered immediately, (b) you expressly consent to immediate delivery and access, and (c) you understand you thereby waive any statutory cancellation or "cooling-off" right that would otherwise apply once delivery begins (including, where applicable, the EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital content supplied with your prior consent).
2. License
Each Product is licensed, not sold. Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the Product for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or make the Product (in whole or part) available to any third party, or use it to build a competing product, without our prior written permission. All intellectual property in the Products and Site remains ours or our licensors'.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping beyond the public API's intended use, and no reselling of access. We may suspend access for violations.
4. No professional advice
Content and Products are provided for general informational purposes only and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. You are responsible for how you use them. Affiliate links may appear in content; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profit Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
7. Delivery & support
Products are delivered via an on-screen download link immediately after checkout. If you do not receive your Product or a download fails, contact us at tablemountain963@gmail.com and we will resolve delivery (re-sending the file) — this is the sole remedy for a delivery failure and is not a refund.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Pricing and Products may change without notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
